Veuve Doussot is a Champagne of a beautiful pale pale yellow color, dry, soft and flexible with good body.
​
Its vineyards are located in the extreme south of the Champagne region, in the Côte des Bars. All grapes are harvested by hand, grown on calcareous clay soils.
