Fondillón is the noble wine of Alicante, which has achieved its high alcohol content naturally, being also one of the most important historical wines in Europe.

Great complexity on the nose, with an aroma of dates, figs and dried apricots, with spicy and smoked notes with touches of tobacco and toasted wood that are intensely perceived. On the palate it shows harmony between natural acidity and sweetness.
